Experience….

Well today i decided start making an experience and that was, to run 40min BUT without taking breaksfast before going to run, and my experience was RUBISH so far lol and i’ll explain why, i couldn’t run at all i did a very fast walk and running for some minutes and i sweat A LOT! so the objective was to see how my body worked without fuel (aka food) since the most important meal of the day is breakfast! I usually do my cardio in the end of the day and i run most of the time, i couldn’t imagine that i would feel tired because i did it in the morning and without breakfast lol, i already ate but i’ll see if there’s any change because i’ll do this all week to see if changes anything or it makes any difference in my body behavior! stay tunned for my experience ;)
