Today workout was only cardio! :) this is the proof! llolo 40min running most of the time at speed of 8Km/h and i burned 374.1 caloriesand ran 4Km and 278m! It was suppose to run all the time but my resistance isn’t the best… YET! lol but i think it’s pretty good because in the beginning i couldn’t even run for 5 minutes straight! :) I’m happy i’ve becoming stronger! :)
