Exercise and lifestyleTip#2

I’ve been experimenting some exercises! My body was use to make high intensity training i made swimming competition since i was little, so what i think that works for me is running and HIIT (high intensity interval training), i’m will publicize this site Bodyrocktv because it’s been working for me! 

The community there have been very helpfull with me! They motivate you A LOT! the trainers are very cheerfull, so i’ve been on a bad days i’m jobless and i’m trying to find my place to get a job! That is stressfull! 

So my EXERCISE TIP#2:

Listen to your body! Don’t over exercise! And by that i mean if it’s hurting but is a bad hurt DON’T CONTINUE you might be hurting youself badly!

 Make a weight loss it will take time, it’s a struggle everyday! you only starting to see changes in the 4th or 5th week! SO BE PATIENT, this is a lifestyle change! This is you life! and you are making changes forever!

It’s proven that a slow and healthy weight loss and toning is more effective long terms than a FAST AND STARVING DIET, DON’T DO THAT! 

I have been doing some changes slowly, because radical it’s not really my type unless it got be that way! The radical change i did was with my food! 

The sentence “ABS ARE MADE IN THE KITCHEN” it is TRUE! But it will take, again, time! 

First kitchen tip:

  • Learn to read food labels! (proteins, fat,etc..)
  • Change every white grain for WHOLE GRAIN FOOD
  • choose fresh veggies! 
  • If you’re not very fond of eating fresh veggies do a soup and EVER SKIP SOUP at EVERY MEAL! Soup will fill you and reduce your portions, and it’s healthy!
