If you don’t write it down, it’s easier to find an excuse or let your goal fall into a dark space in the back of your mind. Tell a friend about your goals, and reward yourself with non-food items (like a massage, new running shoes, etc.) when you reach milestones. Focus on positive thinking, and when you’re having a bad day and you fall off track, don’t beat yourself up about it. Tomorrow is a new day, and you have the power to make good choices.”
